Join us at the Masonic Lodge in Downtown Winter Garden, just across from Town Hall, for a day filled with custom golf carts, friendly competition, and endless fun.

Winter Garden’s Hottest Wheels is a unique event that celebrates the craftsmanship and ingenuity of local neighborhoods as they proudly present their decked-out golf carts. Get ready to be amazed by the stunning displays of artistic flair, innovative designs, and personalized touches that make each golf cart a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

As you stroll through the event grounds, you'll find yourself immersed in a world of awe-inspiring creations. Admire the eye-catching paintwork, custom upholstery, and ingenious modifications that showcase the essence of each golf cart’s character and style.

Beyond the captivating golf carts, take part in the exciting contest of who has the Hottest Wheels. Vote for your favorite and help them win the Grand Prize!

1:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Event Kick-Off

Attendees arrive at the Masonic Lodge in downtown Winter Garden.
Registration and check-in for participants.
Welcome and introductory remarks by the event coordinator.

1:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Golf Cart Showcase and Voting Begins

Participants display their customized golf carts in designated areas.
Attendees explore the golf cart exhibits, take photos, and cast their votes for "Winter Garden's Hottest Wheels" at the voting station.

2:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Judging of Golf Carts

Visitors will inspect and evaluate the displayed golf carts based on their preferences.
Guests will then cast their votes and drop them off at the voting station.
The staff will gather all of the votes together and begin the count.

4:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Award Ceremony

All attendees will gather in the parking lot for the award ceremony.
The event coordinator announces the winners of the "Winter Garden's Hottest Wheels" contest.
Prizes are presented to the winning golf cart owners.
There will be a 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd prize winners.

4:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Closing Remarks and Thank-You

Closing remarks by the event coordinator, expressing gratitude to participants, sponsors, partners, and attendees.
A recap of the event's highlights and achievements.
Information on how attendees can stay involved in the local golf cart community.

5:00 PM: Event Conclusion

The event officially concludes, and attendees are free to continue enjoying the event area or depart as they wish.
